The Search Process
1.
Initial Client Meeting - Gain an understanding of company culture, vision and mission. Position requirements are explored.
A position profile is then established, along with the hiring parameters of the client.
2. Develop Search Plan - Develop
a list of prospects utilizing personal contacts, target companies, national research firms and data bases.
3. Candidate
Contact - Kerns International conducts phone and/or personal interviews with a select list of potential candidates based on
position requirements. A detailed profile is developed on each candidate.
4. Candidate Presentation to Client - Client
is presented with information collected about each qualified candidate.
5. Initial Interviews - Interviews can be
conducted via telephone, video conference or in person.
6. Final Interviews - Final candidate is determined as the
result of interviewing one or several candidates. Offer is determined with assistance from Kerns International.
7.
Candidate Offer - Kerns International assists negotiations between the candidate and client.
8. Transition - Once an
offer is accepted, Kerns International assists candidate and client with making a smooth transition.
